whos buying at night

When I turn on the computer this morning I see silver rose again over night.

What markets are open--Hong kong , Tokyo?

Are they buying physical or contracts?

Are third countries buying on these exchanges for their industrial demand? Singapore for example.

Are they increasing Delivery?

Silver has risen so fast I'm getting nerves and want to know whats going on.

I have no great insight as to who is buying but the time some of the markets are open around the globe can be seen at:
http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html

I am a new guy but spend a fair amount of time reading about PMs. I think the cat may be out of the bag as far as the silver shortage is concerned. The POS may drop some when the ETF starts or more if it doesn't but I won't be selling one pre 1965 dime until we are well north of here.

edit:Dammit that G-Khan is fast.

Can you confirm that Sydney trades silver? I thought it was also, but when I was checking some sources I did not see silver as one of their listed commodities.

However, last night silver PMs started to move in advance of the Hong Kong open, so it must be trading somewhere.

Don't see Dubai here [gold capitol of the world]. They have a gold and also silver ETF, if I'm right.
